what we feed it and what we apply on it. As a general rule when caring for
your skin look after it both internally and externally simultaneously.
1. Chose products that harmonize with your skin. The average
consumer for skin products or cosmetics in general has the tendency to
overlook the importance of ingredients and the Ph of the product at the
point of purchase. It is due to this naivety that we become disappointed in
what we have purchased. Do not choose products with artificial fragrance,
dye, or chemical alcohol such as isopropyl or denatured alcohol (alcohol
denat.). In the case of acne you must also avoid the use of heavy textured
products. These products are likely to contain mirystates, palmitates, and
or triglycerides that are pore clogging.
2. Water, fruits, and vegetables must be included in your
everyday diet. Be very moderate with meat and dairy intake. In the case of
acne you must eliminate foods of lactose, yeast, and iodine, as well as
fried foods and soft drinks.
3. External Detoxification is crucial for the well-being of
your skin. Doing a clarifying facial on regular bases is the best thing you
could do to your skin. Nothing can be absorbed if the skin pores are clogged
with dead skin cells, debris, and product residue.
4. Exercise, it optimizes oxygen intake that ultimately
