away from the office for more than two years), includes:
- Re-Complete Medical History Evaluation,
- Complete Physical Examination,
- Re-Diet Evaluation,
- Urine Dipstick Test and Blood Sugar.

Subsequent Examination 90 minutes (for those who have been
away from the office for more than a year), includes:
- Re-Complete Medical History,
- Physical Examination,
- Re-Diet Evaluation,
- Urine Dipstick Test and Blood Sugar.
Progress Check Examination
(EX5)
Subsequent Examination 30 minutes (Current Patients) ,
includes:
- Re-Evaluation of last visit’s Symptoms,
- Re-examination of last visit’s symptoms,
- Check for any aggravations,
- Check for new symptoms,
- Adjust Remedies and diet according to improvement,
