Sleep

Fateh Srajeldin N.D.*

The human body commences its growing, if it did not grow up yet, and performs its repairs and cellular mending during sleep.

The body requires approximately eight hours every single night to perform its chores of repair and mending. The sooner you tuck your body into your bed the sooner it thanks you and gets on with its chores of repair, mending and growing while you are sound asleep.

I advise you, if you are intending to get healthier for ever, allow your body to have a chance to sleep. The body needs its total sleeping time before sunrise. Therefore, in order to finish its chores before the sun rises, the body must race against time.

The more time is given to the body to repair itself during sleep, the healthier the person becomes the next day and every subsequent day.

The Pineal is a gland located in the brain. It acts as the body’s biological clock, which recognizes the time of sun rise, whether the individual is sleeping in a cave, under a pile of blankets or even under the bed.

The more time is given to the body to repair itself during sleep, the healthier the person becomes the next day and every subsequent day. Once the sun rises, your body will reduce its repair to minimum level. Therefore, any unfinished repairs during night will be owed on the next evening’s repair schedule.

Let’s add some mathematics into this discussion.

Your body requires an average of eight hours of sleep, or for this purpose, it needs eight hours of relaxation and repair time. Now, if you retire to sleep at 10 PM then at 6 AM you will wake up relaxed. This will allow your body enough time to have your morning exercise, to have a relaxed breakfast and enough time to kiss stress and fatigue good bye.

Assume that you should rise at 7 AM:

CASE COSEQUENCES
Should you retire to sleep at 11 PM, then you will wake up relaxed at 7 AM. You will not be able to perform your morning exercise, will not have a relaxed breakfast and the day could be a little tense for you;
Should you retire to sleep at 12 PM, then you will wake up unrelaxed at 7 AM. You will be sluggish with only 7 hours of sleep and your body will be in debt and short of repairs;
Should you retire to sleep at 1 AM, then you will wake up unrelaxed at 7 AM. You will be tired with 6 hours of sleep and your body will be short of repairs. People around you should watch what they say to you;
Should you retire to sleep at 2 AM, then you will wake up unrelaxed at 7 AM. You will be exhausted with 5 hours of sleep and your body will be in debt and short on repairs.

You will feel that the world is not kind to you today, even if you have called into work sick and your boss suggested that you may stay home, but nothing could explain to you why the sun is picking on you so early in the morning!
