Throughout the course of your treatment you are at liberty
to eat any portion of food you feel comfortable with. The portion should be
selected from food given to you based on your physical examination, your
blood type and your symptoms.
IT IS NOT HOW MUCH YOU EAT THAT MAKES THE DIFFERENCE, RATHER IT IS WHAT YOU
EAT THAT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE.
No calories will be calculated for your diet and no
portions of food will be trimmed from your meal. Despite the amount of food
you are eating, your body will adjust its weight and its total amount of fat
to your height and age.
This adjustment of weight will depend so much on your
determination, loyalty and the strength of your will to stay away from food
not on your diet list menu and not underlined for you. Cheating on your diet
will fool no one but yourself.
Despite the amount of food
you are eating, your body
will adjust its weight and
its total amount of fat
to your height and age.
Psychologically, as soon as I tell a patient not to eat
certain foods, he/she tends to be seduced by that food. Patients tend to
overlook the harmful effects of certain foods despite intense instructions
and explanations given to them. This is nothing but weakness and total
submission to the body's desire and its wish not to work on changing its
habits.
Most patients choose to ignore the abundance of good
healthy food, and concentrate their attention on the little amount offered
with commercial food. The bottom line, it is you who will pay for the
consequences of ill effects and this will delay your recovery goal.
