The Need for Diet Commitment
Fateh Srajeldin N.D.*
During the first visit I do emphasize the importance to
adhere to the steps required to carry the body into good health. The body’s
need to free itself from symptoms such as pain, aches, inflammation,
headaches, muscle contractions and cramp cannot be overlooked or played
down. The bottom line is, if you intend to become healthy do what it takes
to retrieve your health at full thrust of commitment. It is very difficult
to achieve proper health part-time at our convenience and leisure.
Attempting to help your body to recover from its ailments
needs your full attention. All patients are treated by combining five
parallel pathways:
- Diet, most mandatory;
- Remedies, support diet and increase vitality;
- Therapies combine diet and remedies;
- Optimize water intake to 8 glasses of water per day , ½
hour before meals, one hour after meals or between meals but never with
meals; and
- Exercise daily, without any excuse.
This reaction of the healing crisis is the goal of your
treatment. It will shake the body and for the first time the patient will
feel true energy as the healing crisis subsides.
Effective healing occurs when you commit to all five paths
and follow through as I guide you. After the first visit, it is mandatory to
have a progress check 10 to 14 days after the initial visit. This is to
ensure that healing is occurring properly. If at any point an emergency
arises, call the clinic immediately. The road to recovery will pass a
station called healing crisis.
Healing Crisis
Healing crisis, a station every patient will sooner or
later arrive at, is an intense reaction simulating disease process in
response to therapeutic stimulation. The stimulation vector is aimed to a
direction opposite to the direction of disease. Healing crisis will drive
its vector in the direction of total health. The drive towards total health
will continue as long as the force of therapy continues in the same
direction, until the goal of health is reached, hence the need for
commitment.
Healing crisis is the turning point from disease attitude
into well being and health attitude. It is a common and anticipated reaction
triggered by one or all of the following:
- Detoxification process triggered by treatment;
- Disturbing the disease process by an intensified treatment;
- Stopping toxicity process;
- Building up the body’s vital force;
- Fungus presence and its possible reaction to anti-fungal treatment.
In mathematical language, this is 180 degree turn in the
opposite direction of disease into health. This reaction of the healing
crisis is the goal of your treatment. It will shake the body and for the
first time the patient will feel true energy as the healing crisis subsides.
When a disease enters the body, it starts as follows;
Health > Acute Symptoms > Sub-acute Symptoms > Chronic Symptoms
However, when the healing crisis is triggered the above
process will be reversed by law of natural treatment as follows:
Chronic Symptoms > Sub-acute Symptoms > Acute Symptoms > Health
The process as outlined above is mandatory for complete and
total healing. The healing crisis will start from the day when full
treatment is implemented at the maximum disease point moving towards health
state.
Once the healing process is triggered, it proceeds into the
direction of health. This process must pass through old symptoms that were
improperly treated in the past using suppressing agents, medications or
chemicals. These toxins, remedies and chemicals will remain in the body
until such time as complete and proper treatment is applied.
After being suppressed and while persisting in the body,
these old suppressed symptoms will create newly unrelated symptoms. To treat
a person with these symptoms, old medications and toxins must be removed
from the body. It must be understood, that if these symptoms, medications or
toxins were in the digestive tracts, it would be removed with the least
effort or least complications of the healing crisis.
On the other hand, if these symptoms were located in the
blood system or in the internal organs, they would have one way out of the
body - the kidney system. Should the size of the toxins, medications and
symptoms exceed the kidney’s capacity, they will seek other channels out. By
doing so, newly developed symptoms in the body would develop, triggering the
healing crisis. In this case these symptoms will expose and exert the
roughest and most difficult symptoms experienced by the patient prior to
treatment’s initiation under healing crisis principles.
This process will unearth old suppressed symptoms which the
patient has had in the past. These symptoms may range from severe headaches,
flu symptoms, lethargy to nausea, light headedness and diarrhea. Some
patients will passively stroll through it and others will linger a little
longer. The main factor that would determine the length of healing crisis is
disease chronicity. Therefore the goal of any treatment is to pass through
healing crisis as quickly and as soon as possible.
Healing crisis will return if once old habits are embraced
again. There are several factors which will prolong the duration of the
healing crisis, such as;
• Interrupting your treatment;
• Exposure to mental and/or physical stress;
• Taking synthetic drugs;
• Weaker constitution of the patient;
• The presence of Candida (yeast); and
• Ingestion of sugar, coffee, liquor and beer.
Therefore, I ask my patients for:
-
Commitment which is complete and devoted to their body,
especially during the beginning of the treatment;
-
Commitment to feed their body a healthy diet, enough
water, exercise, apply treatments as required;
-
Commitment to give their body the chance to attempt to
get healthier.
