Vaginal Suppository - II

Patients with vaginal yeast infection with or without vaginal discharge.

Use the following set of two bottles of vaginal suppositories as follows:

Method of Application

1. Before retiring to bed in the evening, you must finish everything you need to do such as bathing, using the toilet, finish your intimate relationship,
   

2. Lie in your bed on your back and bend your knees up and keep them up as long as possible,

3. Insert the vaginal suppository in the vagina; remember to keep your knees up,

4. Fall asleep with your knees up if possible,

5. May use a pantyhose liner in case of leakage if needed,

6. Do not use the vaginal suppository during your menstrual cycle,

7. Do not use the vaginal suppository during pregnancy.

Timetable of Application

First set of two bottles
(total 14 suppositories for a period of two weeks)

1. Insert one vaginal suppository from the first bottle in the vagina the first night.

2. Insert one vaginal suppository from the second bottle in the vagina the second night.

3. When the two bottles are done continue to the next step

Second set of two bottles
(total 14 suppositories for a period of three weeks)

1. Insert one vaginal suppository from the first bottle in the vagina the first night.

2. Insert one vaginal suppository from the second bottle in the vagina the second night.

3. Skip the third night.

4. When the two bottles are done continue to the next step

Third set of two bottles
(total 14 suppositories for a period of four weeks)

1. Insert one vaginal suppository from the first bottle in the vagina the first night.

2. Insert one vaginal suppository from the second bottle in the vagina the second night.

3. Skip the following two nights.

4. When the two bottles are done continue to the next step

Fourth set of two bottles
(total 14 suppositories for a period of five weeks)

1. Insert one vaginal suppository from the first bottle in the vagina the first night.

2. Insert one vaginal suppository from the second bottle in the vagina the second night.

3. Skip the following three nights.

4. When the two bottles are done continue to the next step

Fifth set of two bottle
(total 14 suppositories for a period of six weeks)

1. Insert one vaginal suppository from the first bottle in the vagina the first night.

2. Insert one vaginal suppository from the second bottle in the vagina the second night.

3. Skip the following four nights.

4. When the two bottles are done continue to the next step

Sixth set of two bottle
(total 14 suppositories for a period of seven weeks)

1. Insert one vaginal suppository from the first bottle in the vagina the first night.

2. Insert one vaginal suppository from the second bottle in the vagina the second night.

3. Skip the following five nights.

4. When the two bottles are done continue to the next step

Seventh set of two bottle
(total 14 suppositories for a period of eight weeks)

1. Insert one vaginal suppository from the first bottle in the vagina the first night.

2. Insert one vaginal suppository from the second bottle in the vagina the second night.

3. Skip the following six nights.

4. When the two bottles are done continue to the next step.

Eighth set of two bottle
(total 14 suppositories for a period of nine weeks)

1. Insert one vaginal suppository from the first bottle in the vagina the first night.

2. Insert one vaginal suppository from the second bottle in the vagina the second night.

3. Skip the following seven nights.
